During the minecraft live, the next official minecraft update called '' caves and cliffs '' was revealed. It is also released as 1.17 & 1.18 in bedrock edition.

It was first announced during minecraft live 2020 on october 3, 2020. Copper ore and blocks, lightning rods and tinted glass, amethysts, and many more. Minecraft live has finally given us confirmation of just what is coming in the there is no release date currently set for 1.17. This update has not yet been fully presented to the minecraft community but is already one of the most anticipated and exciting, many players are already looking forward to.
